About Me

Let's get to know each other

I studied human behaviour through communication and sociology — but my real method came from years of guiding people through the quiet, sacred moments when their inner truth finally surfaced. My gifts are seeing clearly and helping you do the same.

For over 14 years, I’ve worked in the inner worlds of people’s lives

— beginning with energy healing and spiritual guidance, and later moving into coaching and facilitating deep relational work within women’s circles, workshops, and community spaces centered on truth, connection, and inner alignment. My journey has been shaped by years of spiritual practice, emotional healing, and supporting people through some of the most honest and vulnerable moments of their lives.

My understanding of relationship and communication has been shaped by many paths: a degree in Communications and Sociology, coaching and communication training, years of tantric living and embodied intimacy work, supporting personal and professional growth in corporate People & Culture, and countless conversations held at moments when people felt truly seen and heard.

My perspective comes from living many lives — growing up in Vancouver, nomading through Costa Rica, Bali, and India, and spending eight years in Denmark while exploring Europe. Across every culture and community, I witnessed the same truth: people want to be understood, to love and be loved clearly, and to live aligned with what truly matters.

The Relationship Map grew out of years of those conversations — the heartbreaks, breakthroughs, miscommunications, realignments, and the quiet truths people share only when they feel safe. At its core, The Relationship Map starts with the relationship you have with yourself. When that relationship is clear and aligned, it becomes possible to see how we are in relationship with everything else — our careers, our life decisions, and of course, the people around us. Ultimately, it’s the alignment to our core values that allows us to live with integrity wherever we go. This relationship with ourselves — clear, grounded, and honest — is the foundation the Map helps us build.

I’ve used the Map myself — in relationships, career decisions, and every area of my life — and even shared it with my own parents to express who I am today. It’s the compass I rely on to live and relate with integrity. After years of being asked for advice, support, and direction, this is the one thing I would leave behind, knowing it could help you stay true to yourself above any other voice.

In a time that feels increasingly disconnecting and disorienting, staying aligned with your own value system isn’t self-improvement — it’s foundational. It’s how we become our own authority and move through change without abandoning ourselves.

Follow along as I use the Map in real life
