About Me

My gifts are seeing clearly and helping you do the same.

Let's get to know each other.

I create The Relationship Map because I've lived the cost of not having one.

When everything in my life shifted at once — relationship, home, work, direction — I had done the inner work. I had the vocabulary. But I didn't have structure — and without it, I kept losing the thread back to myself.

So I built something I could see, navigate with, and return back to. Not just once, but every time life asked me to become someone new. And what surprised me was how useful it became in the small moments too — a decision that felt off, a conversation that kept circling, a quiet sense of drift before it became a crisis. The Map doesn't just help you navigate the tsunamis. It helps you stay honest with yourself long before one arrives.

For over 14 years I've worked in the inner worlds of people's lives — as a spiritual guide, coach, and founder of a 200+ women's community where truth wasn't just spoken but lived. I've held people through heartbreaks, breakthroughs, and the quiet moments when their inner truth finally surfaced. My background spans Communications and Sociology, corporate Learning and Development, and years of coaching, spiritual, and embodied practice.

I've lived many lives — growing up in Vancouver, wandering through Costa Rica, Bali, and India, and spending eight years in Denmark. Across every culture and community I witnessed the same longing: to be understood, to love and be loved for exactly who you are, and to live in a way that actually reflects what matters to you.

What I've also witnessed — in others and in myself — is how easily that gets lost. We absorb other people's values. We make decisions from pressure or habit. We drift so gradually we don't notice until something breaks.

The Map exists because I believe the most important relationship you can have is with your own value system — not as an idea, but as a living, honest, returnable reference point. When that relationship is clear, you stop needing external permission to make decisions. You become your own authority. You can stand up for who you are — in relationships, in work, in the moments that ask you to choose between belonging and truth.

That capacity for self-trust and honest navigation is what I'm here to help you build.
